And you still can't in much of Kentucky. But I guess it's now a city/county level law instead of a statewide thing. Actually in the county I grew up in you still can't buy alcohol at any time. I always laugh when they get their dander up about Sharia law.

I was legally able to serve alcohol in a restaurant when I was 18 to help pay for college.
