Talk about eyes not being on the prize. Hello? I don't know what effect Obama might have had on that vote if he'd announced this earlier, but let's look ahead, shall we? Who's going to appoint new supreme court justices (and there's every chance new ones will be needed in the next four years)? Justices who will be judging the constitutionality of this NC law?
