34. Bernie does that every freaking week

has for over a decade. He takes calls every Friday on the Thom Hartmann show, Brunch with Bernie. And Bernie is actually renowned for sitting down and having discussions with UNSCREENED regular people. I've been at several pot luck dinner meetings and town halls with him. If there's one thing Bernie does on a scale that no one in Congress can match, it's retail politics. Has he done this on the campaign trail since he announced? Yes, he has.
