YAY! The foreclosure on our block finally sold!!!

1. I have two foreclosures across the street from me...

This NYS corrections officer (who usually make the biggest slumlords) bought the 2 properties across from me, then went thru a divorce/drinking binge/self destruction episode and the properties reverted to the bank. The bank,of course, gives two craps about the property, and they've been vacant for almost 6 years. They mow the lawn 2x a year, but have done nothing with the structures (which have not been heated since then). They continue to rot, and mess with my property values...
