I did see that the person was arrested and will be charge. He sounds like a real loser, in general.

My mother-in-law used to live in a condo development. The landscape maintenance company was very careful with the birds on that property. It has ponds and attracts ducks and geese, etc. Nobody harms them. The workers know that they are to avoid harassing them. I can't imagine what happened actually happened. Someone needs to go to jail for a long time over this.
