Forget TPP, Mfg, tariffs, etal. Here is how you put Americans to work. You tax the wealthy and the corps, you set up a jobs program for infrastructure. The Dept of Interior send reps to all 50 states in major cities to start hiring. Everybody gets a fair shot at being hired. No big companies get to muzzle in on the deal. Everybody is hired by the Government on their own merit and abilities. You start with national infrastructure, bridges, railways, roads, National Parks, buildings etc...Once you get about 6 million people hired, then you start allocating money to the states and counties to do the same. Everybody who wants to work will have a job. You set the starting pay at 20.00 per hour at the lowest and higher for supervisors and highly skilled people. Even if all you can do is clean up the National Parks, there will be a job. We have plenty of money in this country to do this. Taxes, taxes, taxes! Workers in this country would be busy for 100 years.
