68. Yeah would never expect to boil seawater.

A lot of effort for the amount of water, you could make a still with the pot but it requires a string and a cup. Basically take the pot put seawater in it and then take a string tie it to the handle of the lid of the pot, and the tie a cup to the other end of the string. The string and cup need to hang shorter than the amount of water in the pot. You place the lid upside down over the pot with the cup hanging in the center, while the seawater evaporates it collects on the top of the upside down lid, travels down the string and into the cup. Problem is your pot is full of salt and basically useless for anything else now. If it was my only choice i would do it but since you are near the ocean I would make an honest attempt to just use it to collect condensation or natural water that falls on the island or water that may be available in a well that could be dug.
