Trying to sail the ocean in a raft is suicide. The tent and tarp are less important as you can build shelter or find a cave quite easily. I would try going barefoot often let the skin on my feet toughen up so I don't need boots.
I have generally found first aid kits to have little use. Well, not completely worthless. IMHO having little band-aids, bee sting relief, little cotton swabs, ointment, and stuff isn't what is needed surviving in the wilderness. Things like a tourniquet, a diaper (for stopping major bleeding), BIG roll of tape and stuff like that makes more sense to me.
The fishing rod could be useful but then you have to give something more important up and you can make a spear with your knife to kill fish. Crabs and ocean animals would be easy to catch.
