And I noted there that they'd already try to hijack the term "progressive" to spread false propaganda with the "Progressive Policy Institute" think tank that third wayers had done earlier.
I think if we focus on populism now as a battle cry, it would be a lot harder for them to masquerade as such.
Third way will try to make it sound that the only "progressive" issues are social issues that the third wayers can accept to infiltrate the Democratic Party constituency, as those are the issues that the 1%ers don't care about so much as the fundamental financial and power issues that they want us not paying attention to and that they and their Republican denizens want to control and go their way to keep redistributing the wealth and power of the middle class to the top the way they've done for the last few decades.
