Is the world falling apart as Lindsey Graham says? [View all]

Yesterday's newspaper said people are watching less cable news partly because the economy is improving and people have jobs. Also, congress is at a stalemate so they're not doing anything.

Maybe he means the infrastructure is falling apart.
