No recourse, as our food safety takes a hit in order to help megacorp make more $$$.
I personally check Country of origin labels on all food I buy, if it says Japan or China I pass on it.

From what I have read there is nothing in the TPP that is about real trade - the exchange of goods.

Not sure, my fear is it is applied to fruits/veggies also. I use COO labels to pick produce....
