85. There are neighborhoods that wouldn't like me as a neighbor as well

Most people are going to maintain whatever standard exists in their neighborhood when they move in. Some people don't and it can very quickly bring down the value of the homes around them. When you lose 5 figures on a home you figure out the value of a HOA.
