and do anything to them... it is an assault.

A prank is calling someone on the phone and asking if their refrigerator is running.

Also, he apologized on Faux news by saying "IF anyone was offended...blah, blah, blah."

FYI, Mitt - Apology 101: A real apology should never included "if anyone was offended."
