And Democrats just can't seem to figure out a way to make Republicans pay for this for some reason. It must be really difficult to come up with a strategy to put the blame on the Republicans here!

There seems to have been little to no political price to pay for offering tax subsidies for getting rid of our jobs, so why not add more avenues of exploitation?
