I'm a member of a discussion group for men with depression, anxiety, and other issues. It's tough to get men to join the conversations. There is a stigma attached to joining a men's group, and without anonymity the membership would be non-existent. But when you read other boards and the topic comes up, you can feel like shit for looking for help from other men.
