98. I saw the trailer at the movie...

They were hot at the same time Public Enemy was...I leaned to the latter because their music was more political but I believe NWA had the better beat.

Ice Cube is played by his son. My gf and I rented a room from a woman in Van Nuys whose daughter went to high school with him. She was his friend and went to a Lakers game with him... Her mom said they had a lot of security. She also said Ice Cube is very strict...When her daughter asked him if she could call him Cube he told her his name is Mr. Jackson.
