(32,324 posts)Since the Powers that Be immediately label this or that truth a "Conspiracy theory," and the Corporate, CIA-run media only pushes the lies that the Powers that be tell them to push, then the truth around any event gets ignored, and those that do pay attention are ridiculed.
Personally, the 19th Century Physician Semmeilweiss remains a big hero - as his life story demonstrates how seriously difficult it is to get "An Inconvenient Truth" put away as the lie it is.
He saw from personal experience that when a physician used simple hygiene procedures such as washing his hands, gloves and instruments before helping a woman deliver a child, then the number of deaths due to child bed fever went down 95%.
Ridiculed and black listed, unable to witness any sort of movement to change the behavior of those who delivered babies, he died in an insane asylum.
