They had him holed up in Afghanistan, but they called off the dogs so they could give Dick Cheney his wet dream of invading Iraq.

Bush never would have ordered the capture or killing of OBL. The Bush and bin Laden families are business partners. They were partners in the Carlyle Group at the time of the 9-11 attacks.
