No one should be shocked generally well known or suspected at the time definitely not the result of some single revelation. You can pull the most outrageous crap in public and walk away free. Opposition gets labeled conspiracy theorists.

It still goes on, dissolution of the United States Constitution in the form of a trade deal for every one to see and all you get is a whimper.

This is how crime works in the 21st century when a crime is committed go all out walk away just be sure to be so audacious in what you have done it does not matter who believes what just happened.
