we've been doing some container gardening the last couple years, and i learned how to do home canning (strawberry jam to start, yum!)
i wish we could raise our own meat! when we can afford it, hubby's cousin has a farm where we can get pork, chicken, rabbit, lamb, turkey that's raised and slaughtered humanely, locally.
