My experience with Corporate America is that management smiles in your face and tells you how valuable you are to them while building a file on you so they can get rid of you as soon as you are any kind of inconvenience to them, with no regard of the impact it will have on your family. Their only concern is who will do your shit after you're gone. You have every right to feel frustrated and angry because it just sucks.
