2. Silly Onion. This year's World Cup is in Canada.

The Women's World Cup, that is. Hopefully we can avoid a repeat of last Cup's meltdown to the 40th-ranked side in the world (!!) , an event that got me put on Ignore and defriended by a Sports Forum denizen who thought I should be nicer to the poor widdle Japanese after a tsunami had devastated a rather thin sliver of their country. By that logic, I suppose I should have rooted for them in the 1945 Cup, too.
