I did see a 'chance to meet HRC' on the website and I know some people that might be up to doing a meeting with her. Although they are disabled. It would ease the minds of many to see some solid support, as they saw when Obama added 'differently abled' in the list of people he is looking out for. We still have disputes on how it is to be carried out.
I have real life concerns about who gets in the White House in 2016 regarding such people. They are just refuse to the GOP. These are real, loved people who need that helping hand to have a humane society.
Even though I feel certain that HRC will carry my state, if Sanders got in I doubt he would let anything be lost as he supports SS expansion. But the composition of the Congress and state houses is essential to allow Him or Her to do anything. That cannot be accomplished by going with negativity and fear - that the GOP tool, not ours.
My senators and representative voted for expanding SS, but I don't think it's a done deal. I did find a HRC piece on her about SS expansion specifically, child care, health care, etc. but it's a core part of His philosophy of government and not always gone into detail.
In any case, we can argue how to have a humane society with a Democrat in office; with a GOP, it's a non-starter. They will not even discuss expansion and are deeply opposed to all of that.
