Yeah, riiiiiggggghhhhttt! He probably got all the details he could, then "handled" himself while fantasizing about it. If he was a *real* "Christian", and a *real* cop, Joshie would have been in jail that day since he confessed to an officer but I'd bet money that Hutchens figured he found a new friend to share his stories, and possibly even pictures and/or victims with.
