And you expected something other than a form letter response?

You sound like a crackpot, and you make it clear that you are not one of their valued customers. Why would they send a crackpot like you anything other than a canned response? Did you expect an actual human being to take the time to formulate a personal response to your crackpottery? C'mon, Corporatia got better things to do with its money than to worry about non-customers like you. McDonald's relationship with TLC is much more important to its bottom line than its relationship with you...
