I don't know if he's a criminal. Neither do you. He isn't being prosecuted for fucking Rielle Hunter. He's being prosecuted for misusing campaign funds. I have my doubts about the case, but you are not describing it accurately.
Do I judge JE? You bet I do. Not so much for his cheating on his dying wife, but for his being a complete phony and a shameless liar and for using poor people as his campaign hook.
That fuckwad went to "work" for a sleazy hedge fund and when questioned about it, he said he was trying to learn about poverty.
This is a man who was completely driven by his own smarm ego and he wasn't above using his dead son to get what he wanted.
