Two numbers are conspicuously missing.

CNN never states what W's approval rating was in 2009, they just give numbers on different groups. A quick google search shows that CBS and the NYT had it at 22% Gallup had 34%.

CNN says that 1,025 adults were polled but gives no margin of error.
