all of this, except for healthcare prior to Doomsday and Dutch, Jan. 20, 1981, a day we will never forget. TJ's proudest accomplishment was founder of the public University of Virginia. Land grant colleges in America were fostered by President Lincoln. No one was indentured for basic college education until Reagan, as our collective institutional memory recollects.
