You think Grayson would alienate more people, as do others who have replied, but there are many who think like me and would be fired up about it. I like his brashness and "tell it like it is" demeanor.

Remember all the big talk by Nancy Pelosi and John Conyers before the 2006 elections?? If they won the House, they were going to investigate The Chimp for war crimes and for domestic spying and impeach him. Lo and behold, the Dems took the House and the next thing you know we have Pelosi stating "impeachment is off the table". John Conyers changed his tune also, even after having to hold meetings in the basement of the Capitol building because that's the only place the repugs would allow him to do so when they were in power.

I was saying back then that the Dems needed to start playing "smash-mouth politics" after the way the repugs swiftboated Kerry. I want SOMEONE in there who isn't afraid to stand up against the status quo and not only rock the boat of the "Establishment", but to capsize the damned boat! I'm tired of hearing about "wimpy Liberals" who don't get anything done. I, personally, think Grayson is just the man to do it. YMMV...

Peace,

Ghost
