Anyone can sue, but in that case the UN and WTO wouldn't approve it for the tribunals. Even if it made it there somehow, it wouldn't win. You are being ridiculous, at least I hope that's why you post something that absurd.
Actually, Malaysia, etc.,will have to show steady progress toward meeting labor standards to be part of the deal.
