But C. difficile and Campylobacter are 100% natural! I don't see how you can convince someone that hundreds of generations of selective breeding, fencing in, impregnating, etc - and then stealing the milk meant for newborn goats and storing it in an electric refrigerator - is 100% natural and groovy - but heating the milk momentarily to 70 degrees is an un-natural conspiracy.
