69. I have solutions, as well. More mass transit. Dedicated bus lanes. No right turns on transit lanes.

Stop expanding the freeways. Build at least 2 more tunnels under the city for express lines to the Richmond and Sunset districts. Shorter bus routes with timed connections. Give bus drivers the ability to change the light from red to green during commute hours. 24 hour rail. Congestion pricing.
