Does anyone on this board receive caregiver pay? [View all]

I'M 44 and have been taking care of my wife for 4 years now. My wife has Norma Pressure Hydrocephalus and is on SSDI plus a minimal pension. Does anyone receive caregiver pay? or know the proper channels to go get such pay?
