I have been a little more direct and less politically correct.

I live in Georgia and earlier this year I got a call from the Gingrich campaign touting how he would trounce Obama and restore America, etc. I stayed on the line for the duration of the 90 second "infomercial" and waited for the proverbial, "what is your credit card number please?" routine.

When the gentleman came online I asked
(1) Where did you get my phone number? I have never contributed to a Republican or conservative cause, in fact the opposite.
Answer - We obtain our calling list from several sources including conservative causes, etc.

(2) Why would I support Gingrich who stands against everything I believe in?
Answer - well...er...umm...Gingrich wants to make America strong again....

(3) And how would he make America strong again?
Answer - well...er....umm...He would restore dignity to the Presidency

(4) And why is there a need to restore dignity to the Presidency?
Answer - well..er..umm Obama has bowed to foreign governments.....

(5) OK, well thank you for wasting my time. Please be aware that the only Republican I consider a "good Republican" is a dead one. The sooner we are rid of the vermin the better...Thank you.

Answer - thank you.

Trust me I do not advocate violence against anyone but this young man was clueless. He had no idea what Gingrich stood for. His north-Atlanta parents probably told him to go volunteer.
