5. Loving v Virginia was a decision of the great Warren Court, which

did so much to protect our rights:

Abington v Schempp
Brown v Board
Griswold v Connecticut
Loving v Virginia
Miranda v Arizona
New York Times v Sullivan
Tinker v Des Moines

But I am afraid that Court disappeared early in the Nixon era. And since Bush v Gore, we cannot even count on the Court's token nod towards stare decises -- as shown, in particular, by Citizens United v. FEC
