Are you sure if gay marriage made its way to SCOTUS they wouldn't up hold the states rights to discriminate? I am not so sure.
If America keeps President Obama, if the Senate can get a Democrat supermajority and more conservative that liberal judges leave during the next four years then I feel the outcome would be better.
