Has Obama offered anything to the Democrats he's trying to flip? [View all]

Or, have the Democrats demanded anything from Republicans or Obama for voting for the trade bill?

Seems that if they are going to have to accept this thing, a higher minimum wage or infrastructure bill would be a nice get.
