Gender dysphoria is an actual thing. There's a body of evidence that suggests that gender identity disorders have a biological basis. See for instance the recent literature review on the subject published in the journal Endocrine Practice. "Race" as such is a social category. There may be some genetic markers in specific populations that enable identifying their ancestry relative to other populations, but "blackness" or "whiteness" are socially constructed and not innate, or biological, or neurological.
