123. Yeah. It's blackface. The race barrier is permeable in only one direction.

A white person wears a dashiki and he's "learning about another culture"; a black man wears a business suit and until recently he was overturning the social order and putting his life at risk. Even today there are places where a black guy in a business suit gets hostile stares.
