of the people in the "barracks for 100" will already have children.... or they could be procreating for the sake of having future workers. I'm sure that if they are building a place for continuance of the human race, procreation is going to be in the works somewhere. I don't think that the offspring of the Billionaires are going to be taking jobs, but they certainly could be coupling up for procreation, too.
