It seems like that you can't say you've quit smoking at this point, but only you knows you. You have to go with what works best for you.
I'm curious as to what you feel and think about it.

There is no good data that i can find on the effectiveness of e-cigs as an aid to withdrawal.

Actually they DO know that its NOT harmful when inhaled. Its the same ingredient fog machines use.
