"Conception"? Yes, there will be a child if that happens. Who is recording and analyzing thoughts? Do people really think the U.S. or the UK are like North Korea or dictatorships where people disappear in the night because a neighbor reports them to the state for anti-government snark?
Yes, duh, I know the censor in your pocket is your phone, but one is not required to have a phone at all times. All of this technology is a habit. It's not necessary. If people are so freaked out, then stop it. People got along fine without it in the past.
And yes, we must cultivate our garden.
