13. Rock gardens are beautiful

The Rocks are expensive, and pockets are left for plants needing just tiny bits of water....shrubs and trees

Grass should be outlawed. period. in most of the US.

The fumes from mowers, fertilizer, weed killer, etc., are luxuries we can't afford anymore. They dirty the air, kill weeds that feed some birds, and are harmful to bees. Only plants in the food chain should be excepted for cause.

Native grass and tree planters should be subsidized by the government, with seeds of same provided and information on growing them.
