Marvin Bush was on the board of directors for a company that has a security contract with the WTC, but that company was never in charge of the whole thing, and Bush wasn't involved in the actual work. He was doing what the Bush Boys do best: collecting big checks and stock options at a job he "earned" with his Golden Rolodex while pretending to work.

There are enough real Bush evil deeds. No need to add invented ones.
