14. Please be diligent

On your walkthrough, especially the floors. Check for soft spots, and pay extra attention to the outside borders, and any areas around water sources. Same for the ceiling. Check for water spots. Lots to look for when buying a mobile home, but these two things are key, and yes, I have lived, and currently live in a mobile home. I hate living in a mobile home park myself, and the day we make our last house payment it will be hooked up to a truck ready to go. Good luck with your move.
