21. I'm assuming because Biden hasn't ruled it out, they continue to include him in these polls. I....

can't see many Biden enthusiasts going for the latest addition to the party, so I'd assume the largest chunk of his support will go to the frontrunner, and the rest will probably go to O'Malley.
