They could maybe make sure everyone is doing everything right and nothing wrong in an around about long winded way so that nobody is confused about any point at all and maybe an extra paragraph or two about how teens should just say 'no to drugs' and some of the people in the race smell like elderberries but can get better with improved hygiene so it is not all their faults and the race is a bad idea and that trumad stinks but not of elderberries.

Or something like that...
