Would armored vehicles and fully kitted swat teams numbering in the scores have manifested out of the ground to deal with it? No, because those resources are different for Charleston SC than Boston MA. You know it.

Come to think of it, all the reports and rumors early on in the Boston case indicated white perpetrators. Hmmmmmm. Yes, I do recall that their religious affiliations didn't even come out til near the end. Just a few squad cars before then, right?
