15. I'm guessing less than 10 years ago, and the M113 has been replaced by something newer and costlier.

Just admit it. Your basic point was that Charleston responded without a display of force because it doesn't have the equipment to do so, as did Boston. You are wrong.

Our point -- and the vast majority will agree -- is that the lockdown of Boston was because the authorities suspected Muslim terrorism. The police response to White, racist terrorists is quite different, apparently. This is yet another example of that difference.
