I'd fail one if I took one as soon as they started asking me if I ever smoked Marijuana, because I'd get nervous. Meanwhile a lying sociopathic piece of shit would pass with flying colors. There needs to be different criteria for hiring, and that includes being more lenient on past drug use. The fact that the questions are designed to weed out imperfect people is one of the reasons why they have so many lying assholes. They had to be good at lying from there first interview. I was a criminal justice major in college, and I wouldn't want most of the students I went to college with to carry guns and a badge. They'd smoke weed and get drunk at party's every weekend and then act like saints when in class talking to professors. That was when I knew I wasn't cut out to be a cop. I was too honest and didn't know how to lie.
